Service Description
Two 60-minute consulting sessions provides focused, professional guidance for companies planning events in-house who want expert insight without committing to full-service event planning. Led by Jen Singer, Founder of Jen Singer Events, this working session is designed to help you clarify direction, avoid costly mistakes, and move forward with confidence. Whether you’re planning a corporate meeting, conference, leadership offsite, or client event, we’ll use this time to address your most pressing questions and priorities. Common focus areas include: Event strategy & scope clarification Budget review & cost-saving opportunities Venue sourcing & proposal comparison Contract and timeline red flags Vendor selection guidance Agenda flow & attendee experience Onsite execution preparation Each session is customized based on your needs and planning stage. Investment: $650 for (2) 60-minute sessions Format: Zoom or phone Availability: Limited weekly sessions
Cancellation Policy
All consulting sessions are billed at $350 per 60-minute session and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Jen Singer Events. Consulting services are advisory in nature and do not constitute full-service event planning unless otherwise contracted in writing. Jen Singer Events is not responsible for decisions or outcomes resulting from actions taken by the client following the consulting session.
